Most pret pieces run true to size — each product page lists available sizes. For bridal and bespoke pieces we collect your measurements after checkout and cut exclusively for you. When in doubt, our concierge will help you pick.
Bridal lehengas take 8–12 weeks from measurements to delivery due to 300–400 hours of hand embroidery. Pret items ship within 3–7 business days. Need it sooner? Message the atelier about rush options.
We ship worldwide via insured express (3–7 business days after production). Shipping is free over $500; otherwise a flat $25 applies. Duties for international orders are calculated at checkout via Whop's adaptive pricing.
Unworn pret pieces can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Made-to-measure, bridal and altered pieces are final sale. Jewelry may be exchanged within 7 days if unworn.

Dry clean only. Store embroidery on padded hangers away from sunlight, and steam gently — never press directly on zardozi or gota work.
